Air-wheeler C9
The C9 is the latest flying passenger vehicle to be developed in Alexandria. Propelled by six electrope thrusters that serve as wheels when driven on the ground, it performs equally well on land as it does in the air, and is the object of desire for the youths of Solution Nine.
